I.wonder what the rating would be if they didnt censor non-glowing reviews.

They have the hand-select options available for both VKT and Sako, but I have managed to restrain myself this time. While I am sure some folks will win this "lottery," it is an expensive ticket to buy sight unseen. I kept my batch 1 VKT but just barely. Many hours spent fixing cracks and removing gunk so far.

      Caveat Emptor.

yeah I passed on the lottery ticket from Classic as well and have one in jail right now from SOG but all these batches from Classic have sold out quickly so somebody is buying them up.

Winning the lottery = good condition run of the mill sako/vkt. No sky, no antique, no b barrel...

If you weren't on the forums I can see being really excited - glowing reviews, they sell out fast, etc. But I would hope everybody here would know better by now. They heavily censor reviews, the handpick option is a total joke, and their videos are very misleading.

Well, this time they are still in stock on the hand select option after hours of selling, so perhaps the overhyped marketing is finally being overcome by the raft of poor reports we have all been seeing on various forums. Classic did a great job of creating a feeding frenzy and sold through 3 truckloads already. Maybe the market for run of the mill M39s has been saturated for now. We are starting to see the re-sales on Gunbroker from this product dumping as well. I am moving on to some other collecting priorities.

I played their lottery and didn't do well, won't be playing again. To their credit they took it back & I was only out the shipping fee to me.

I ended up picking one from gunbroker, there was a bit of a hassle with shipping but I'm very satisfied with that purchase.

It's really pretty interesting that even the Sakos are still in stock. OK, it's only 36 hours after I got the email notice, but the prior batches went in minutes.

Buying from classic is always a gamble, they always state that it's the last batch from their importer

Come on guys. These are really the last shipment. From the last warehouse. In the last country. When this batch is gone, there will be no more for sale again ever. Never. Really.

One of these days that'll be true and when it is everyone will complain that they didn't have enough notice and wish they would have bought one when they were available at less than $400. Just watch.

Shocker. Bobby R has better "luck" than anyone else on multiple forums, and just so happens to be ahead of every curve. With his 3 guns. Yay, Bobby. Where are the Bobby R cheerleaders?
