Steel versus Aluminum Alloy. Get for what? CCW? Plinking? Fondling and polishing? I have the P64 on my CCW, it's not bad to carry but not the best either, my Shield is better and my primary, P64 is a BU/stash gun. 9x18 Mak is slightly better than .380. The Bersa is a fine gun, but the P64 probably has a more interesting history. As a shooter/collector, the P64 obviously but the DA trigger is usually really stiff, although the SA on mine is pretty good. If you plink, you never need to shoot it DA. Some of the big dealers have had almost like new P64s lately for pretty low costs, very tempting, even though I already have one. But mine has a huge, ugly import mark and is a little used. Bersa
I had the Bersa Firestorm .380 and really liked it. Sold mine last year because downsizing to one handgun (1911). It's very easy to break down, fit my hand well, recoil was mild, it was accurate, and very concealable. Tried a bunch of different ammo from dirty steel Brown Bear to nice new brass, to Lehigh defensive rounds, round and flat nose. No FTEs or FTFs.
I would not hesitate to purchase another.Comment

While I have never shot a Bersa, I do own a P64. If you are looking for something to carry or shoot at the range often, I would say get the Bersa. I have to believe that it has a better trigger. It will also be easier to source .380 locally than 9x18 which could be a big deal if they ban online ammo sales.Comment
