    Can anyone recommend a good c/r person that can transfer a rifle for me in south orange county?

    Sorry, I bought a yugo sks M-59 on gunbroker and the seller is requesting a C/R. And yes I am of age.

      The seller is asking for your C&R License (an 03 FFL). If you don't have one (and it sounds like you don't), then you'll have to transfer it through an 01 FFL.
