    M39 rear sight

My m39 from classic came with a somewhat bent rear sight..

^has the entire rear sight ladder for $16, I only really need the small shallow v section that is held onto the ladder with two small screws.

Anyone know of any shops that carry this part?

    Thanks

Two things to be aware of:

              1) changing out the rear plate is not always easy. Sometimes the screws are stuck like a mo-fo and other times they come right out. $16 is way easier than
dealing with a screw that won't budge, or at least check the screws before trying to replace the plate.

              2) The aperture sight 2MeterB mentioned is a nice sight, but it is not legal for Vintage rifle matches, if you plan to shoot them.

              Good luck!!

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

Already checked, both screws can be removed with my thumbnail.
