I finally had some time today and was able to install a S&K mount (and scope) on my Yugo 24/47:

The mount and scope rings came from Brownells.
The scope from Amazon:
Once the rear site came off (which was real bear to get off!) the rest was easy! I want to thank a great fellow CG'er: RogueSniper. He helped me a lot during this project.
