Yugo Scope Mount - Need assistance: SOLVED!

(I feel like a dumb a** not figuring this out)

I am putting a scope on on my Yugo 24/47 and I received a S&K scope mount for it.
    Here is the rear site:

Here are the parts I got:

(it didn't come with a pen - I used that to show size out items)

I know that you have to take off the rear sight 1st but after that I have some questions.

I've been able to figure out:
*-The screws w/o heads replace the pins that hold the front site.
However after I'm kinda lost - HELP!

The instructions aren't much help - it reads like greek to me.

(and the parts aren't marked and there isn't any visual help)

Can someone put this into simple english?

Are there threaded holes in the top of the mount?

On my S&K, the headless screws go down through the mount to put pressure on the top of the barrel to make it nice and tight.

The screws with heads go in to the sight ears. Not sure about the other 2 parts, maybe spacers? Is the mount a snug fit between the sight ears?

OK, I am guessing the two things on the left are the "Special Nuts", but otherwise it seems to work the same as mine, the socket head screws go in to the sight ears, and the headless ones are the set screws that go down and press on the barrel to snug things up.

Still fuzzy on what the "Special Nuts" do.

Thanks to RogueSniper the mystery was solved!
          (And I was over-thinking it)

          Simplified instructions:
          1. Remove OEM sight (easy)
          2. Slide the "top hat"-looking nut into the S&K mount from underneath. They should fit inside the sight base.
          3. Place the S&K mount on the rear sight, lining up the side holes
          4. Insert and lightly tighten the socket head screws (see pic as #1)
          5. Insert and lightly tighten the set screws (see pice as #2)
          6. Hand tighten the socket head screws evenly, don't over torque or you'll strip the threads (see pic as #3)
          7. Tight down the set screws until it presses down on the receiver (see pic as #4)

THIS IS WHY I LOVE CALGUNS!

I bought a 98K Mauser picatinney rail mount and wit some minor milling (to clear clip slot abutment) and drilling/tapping three holes its a solid reliable mount.

Most of the scout mounts work loose and lose zero, plus the cost of a LER scope puts it way over the top cost wise

So what is the function of the top-hat nuts? My K98 version doesn't have them.

As to the scope, I was only wanting to use this for handload development & testing, so I picked up a cheap Chinese one for $50

I don't think I would trust the setup for a hunting rifle that would get banged around, but for how I use it, (install, zero, shoot some groups from the bench, remove) it is perfect.

emcon5 - Nay I don't have plans to hunt in the field with it, bench shooting mostly.

However - I will be hunting the very dangerous water-filled milk jugs at the range!

I'm assuming the "top-hat nuts" are for leveling and prob provide some stability.

                It beats this set-up:

                  Beats a ZF41 hands down.

The function of the top-hat nuts is probably to be inserted into sight spring slot and then tightened up to secure to sight base.

IMO this guy is building much better mounts than what's available on the market. They mount the scopes as low as possible.
