What are the rules on mods and bedding for the Chabot M1 and Military Bolt Rifle matches? I have a bedded Mosin m39 that I would like to shoot and my 1903A3. Are there open categories or is it all as issued? Thanks.

I have an as issued K-31 that I could always use.

Only unmodified rifles can claim a win .Separate class for modified rifles,once again.only win comes from as-issue/unmodified.
One can still shoot,no one is turned away!
