I have a Mk VI with uncut cylinders. Looking for sources for .455 brass or even loaded ammo with reloadable cases. I see Midway has some for $2 a pop but I think they are modified from 45 Colt. Any good? I knew it was tough to find brass for this but I didn't know it was almost impossible!

mj always has the good stuff LOL. Yup that's exactly what I need. Funny thing is I found a handful years ago at our local desert range. I knew a guy who had a Webley and gave him the brass. Too bad he is gone now. Luckly I kept 2 pieces, one Fiocchi and one Hornady.
Next question, the modified midway brass is Mk1 brass so its a bit longer than MkII. Can I use as is or do I need to trim to MkII length for use in my MkVI?sigpic
