This is an update for all Swiss Rifle shooters as pertains to a new, elevation adjustable front sight.
This is prototype No 1 ...... there will be a second one later in the week, but I'm pretty sure that, from a production cost aspect, this will be the one. It will NOT be steel. There's no reason whatsoever for is to be steel. This sight is built solid and strong. It will be anodized Black with our usual deep penetration process.
It will go (in combination with the Diopter's elevation) from 25 yards out to 3,000 yards.... literally, IF, of course, you had a solid/dangerous overload in your cartridge. heh........................
It does accept the Anschutz adjustable front aperture. Latigo will have more info for you when he returns.
