Tula is by far my favorite. No particular reason though, haha. I Have 3 or 4 Tulas, A 29 hex, the 43, and the 44 PU

They are different! Well, some of them are. 3 are typical 42, 43 Izhevsk and Tulas, But theres a Finn M28 built on a remington receiver, theres a 44 Izhevsk M44, and a M9159, and of course the PU.

Went through buying a few back when I had my CR license, wasn't that thrilled with them and ended up giving them away to other people I knew as gifts.

You can set one to 100 yards, another to 200 yards, another to 300, to 400, etc... and never have to touch the rear sight again.

Mosins are good, cheap fun. You need as many Finns as you can afford, they are a whole other level of accuracy and workmanship.
