I didn't see one - at least anything recent. So I decided to start one.

I just called my old ARMY buddy in Connecticut and i asked him what he is going to do with his VN bring back SKS. He told me his son does not want it and he cannot sell it with the new gun laws in that state. Maybe he had to register or hide it and he chose the later. I asked you mean you cannot sell it to a FFL gun dealer and he said no. He is all alone and he said if he needed emergency help and they found his SKS he would be in trouble. He has all his VN bring back papers still. Dam shame.
I guess it is destined to be scraped . Basta**s.

Your buddy could just quietly put it in his car and drive to a free state nearby and ship it to you that way. Most of the east coast states are even more screwed up than the PRC, but I think that Pennsylvania might be a good choice.

Anyway, I don't exactly collect SKS's, but I somehow managed to acquire a few. Both of these are Russian, I had a third Russian (1954 Ishvek) that I gave to my son.:
