Need cannonBalls?

I posted this thread as a resource for people with bores 1.67", 2.59", and 3.5". This company makes zinc balls in these sizes clean and new. http://www.rotometals.com/category-s/77.htm
They also do custom castings apparently. If I am not mistaken and correct me if I am Zinc doesn't spark. So no need to wrap it in anything.

They are a decent resource if they have what you need.

I talked to them about a slightly sub 1 inch bore I have and and making me some custom. They told me I had to buy a minimum of 500 and on top of that a 500.00 custom fee. No Thanks

In a larger bore zinc is really the only option.

But in my 1 inch I am going with lead cannonball fishing weights. Number 3 weights are around .960.. Going to have to ream my bore for a good fit and windage to accommodate the lead balls. But that is much cheaper option than custom zinc from them.

I have been shooting 15/16 (.937) steel, as my bore is only .955 and that is not a real good idea. Too much potential for one going somewhere you may not want it too.
