    question about buying a C&R

Can anyone tell me in leyman terms, what will it take to buy a C&R gun? Does it cost more for the transfer, are there any other fees or licensing involved? If it is a PPT through an FFL, is there anything else to worry about? looking at a 1944 m1911a1.

C&R pistol PPT will still have to go through a FFL dealer just as if the pistol was a modern one. Shouldn't be any additional fees, other than the DROS and PPT fees the store charges.
