If you reload for your obscure cartridge milsurp, an issue with maximum or oversize headspace is brass life. An oversize chamber mixed with full length resizing will eat up your brass pretty quick. Back out your resize die a turn or two and thereby neck size only. But understand ammo so reloaded will be specific to the given rifle and will probably not fit in a standard dimension chamber.
