I have a chance to buy a mosin a chines type 53 carbine for 80 bucks rifling is ok stock is a little ruff but headspace is good

You might be surprised at how well that bore cleans up after you shoot it.

My T53 is my favorite Mosin. They often have nice triggers and turn out to be excellent shooters. Stocks on T53's are typically rough.

Gonna pull ye trigger on it, I've had a 91/30 hex and a round never a carbine, but I've shot one nice fireball and kick

It's my nephews he's selling it to me, just wasn't on my mosin game, can't remember if it was counter bored either not that it makes a big differance gonna start stocking up on spam cans now, have 10 days, I miss the cash and carry days
