    CZ 52 troubles....

So I have set my mind to getting a CZ 52 and possibly a T-33 tokarev too at some point. So far I have had much trouble with this, seems almost every place that I call or have gone by either has never heard of it and goes straight to "the approved list" and says well its not on the list so you can't get it. I actually got into an argument with some guy at "Gun's N Stuff" about how it is a curio and relic handgun and doesn't need to be on "the list" When I told him that if a handgun is 50 years or older it is exempt from the list he says "do you have a curio and relic license?" I said " um no that's why I'm here trying to order one from you." He just holds up his binder that says "updated approved list" on it and starts telling me alllll about the list and the law and what not. Plus it seems that almost nobody knows what Century Arms is, that's the only reason that I thought I could get a price there cause they have the Hot Shot 700 rnd ammo tins there so I figured "they must have a dealer login there to have gotten that from Century." My mistake, I don't think I will ever be back there again. The one saving grace is that I have cal guns and Bullseye has their eye out for one for me. but can you believe that crap??? OMG

I know it's a little drive for you but check out Dublin Guns & Knives. They usaully have some in stock. Just google for there where abouts. Here's a hint if you go there and see and old man working there, just speak a little louder than normal, his kind of hard of hearing.

Southern Ohio Gun has the CZ-52 for $119.99. As you've stated, it is C&R exempt so doesn't need to be on the safety roster, so find a local FFL who understands this, and have it shipped to them.

            Dude,
            You're in Vacaville.
Go to River CIty Gun Exchange in Sacramento. They have both on the shelf. I bought a T-33 their last week.
