The Santa Margarita Gun Club will be holding Garand/Springfield/Military Vintage Rifle Matches on Saturday 4-18-15.

The matches will be on Camp Pendleton, Range 103.

I checked with the match director for this event. He will allow foreign and modern military rifles per Section 5.2 of the CMP Games Rules. I doubt that you will be eligible for awards, but the opportunity to exercise a C&R is still available.

What's nice about these matches is there are actually two 35-shot matches (5 sighters and 30 for record) so you can shoot the same rifle in both or you can mix and match. I plan on shooting one of my Garands and my 96/11.
