    Back in Nov. Just noticed. Do I have to start over or can I renew?

    submit to the state/feds......

    At least now you can go set a fire to your bound book..throw the chains of tyranny off!!!!

      I thought there may be a grace period but I expect you are well past that now.

      If you have not been using your CR enough to know when it expire..what would be a reason to renew?

        you will have to start over but ont eh bright side you can toss your old bound book away.

          You might be able to send in your renewal form if you still have. I'd call the ATF to find out.

          I let mine lapse about 2 years ago as I thought I was done with C&R's (kept my COE). Wouldn't you know, I'm back into collecting.

          Just submitted my APP.

            This is the preferred outcome anyways, you can start over with a new bound book and you are not legally required to present this old bound book to the ATF in the event of an 03 FFL inspection.

              They just sent me a re-newal form. It asks how many guns did you buy with your license in the last 3 years! How many did you sell? What's with that? should be NOB !
