Hey all,
I received the revolver I started a thread about last week. What a score!!
Looks to be a matching numbers as-issued 1940 Tula, I have not taken the side plate off, and am debating on doing it at all. I have done some research on them, and the OTK mark is everywhere. I am curious as to the 11 on the bottom of the handle, is that supposed to match?
Check out that bore!! I am very pleased!
About the holster, is it period-correct for the pistol? I know nothing of these. It has a blue ink stamp on the inner flap that is quite blurry, but it appears to be Cyrillic. Then again, maybe I'm seeing what I want to see and that's why I present it to you.
I will let the pictures speak for themselves, thanks for looking.
