The barrel is a DD lightweight 14.5". The rail is 12" MI Gen 2 SS. I chose both to get it light. It only weighs about 6lbs unloaded.

It's no longer a scary "assault rifle", now its baby and puppy friendly

Oh and FYI, its the closed end YHM brake, so not a flash hider. Until Feinstein/Yee's next constitutional attack makes me weld it on or mill off the threaded end of my barrel

Me likely...it's. shame the ugly things we must do to our firearms to comply with the Cali gun laws.

Might go with a carbine buffer off the grip after I shoot it.

That is seriously streamlined. I dig it. Plus, you can use it as a cane or a childs crutch in a pinch! :P

Made my walking stick a little more comfortable to shoot.

Still have to polish everything up and get it ready for anodizing

You can put the web of your thumb and index finger below the top of the trigger opening....so it is a pistol grip.

Here is my first featureless, just finished it. I need to get it to the range to see if I can get use to the grip angle. Decided to take a KISS route with this build.

                          Incorrect.

This stock meets all the requirements necessary to be used in a featureless configuration.

                          -Non pistol grip
                          -Non thumb hole stock
                          -Non adjustable

This stock is more of a traditional hunting rifle style. If you go to the Thordsen website they have a letter from the CADOJ.

                          From their website...

I'm very happy with my featureless rifle, I've now used it in 3 carbine courses and have found it to work great for my needs!
