What kind of gas block do you have. I had same problem once, turned out the gas block was comming loose because the block I have was held on by set screws and was comming loose & losing pressure. Some red thread lock and an allen key fixed it.

A guy told me one time "don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat from around the corner"

Sounds like it just needs more lube in all the right places and make sure you use m193 equivalent powered ammo. Break it in. Some AR's need more rounds to properly break in.
Burn 200 rds in it first before you go swapping parts around.

If it ejects cases at the trajectory of a limp dick, check the gas system.

3-4 o’clock ejection and lands 2 feet from your right foot?

Sounds like it might be under gassed or the buffer is too heavy so the bolt isn't going back enough.

As others said, make sure the gas key isn't loose and gas isn't blowing out anywhere weird.

Try some Wolf ammo, lots of gas in those bad boys.
