Question: How were you able to keep the cleaning rod attached with the MI handguards? Did you have to modify them? Back when I was thinking of buying those same handguards for my AK build I was wondering if they would work with the cleaning rod. I even called MI to ask them and they told me no, I would have to ditch the cleaning rod.

Looks good, not a wood fan (as you can see, I only have it on one if my rifles and not a full rifle at that).....but that stock looks really nice, much better than before, almost looks like it belongs on a blued/high end rifle. Glad to help you out with this.

Swapped out the front end of my krebs 103s clone and made it into a rifle dynamics clone since I sold my original rd build about two months ago... Missed It :/ installed the venom block, welded up the old front sight base pin holes in the barrel, chopped, faced, crowned, reduced od, the. Threaded to 1/2x28 for the 556 sure fire that I bored for the 30 cal and pinned and welded.
