Sure, the only prohibitions are suppressors for all builds and flash hiders on featureless builds.

I should have mentioned this one will be for a featureless rifle

Yep. Looks like a bullet - sized opening. Just as long as it's not advertised as hiding flash.
I'm sure it's fine as it looks like a miculek brake

Looks like a PRI MBQ knock off. And the top ports aren't angled to the right.

As stated, perfectly legal on a featureless. I run the same style on my build. The other benefit of this particular type is that I keep a copy of the CA legality flowchart available here in my range bag. It shows a picture of this brake as representative of the style so if ever discussing legality with a less knowledgeable LEO it might help the conversation. Of course this might be a pipe dream on my part. I shoot with a bunch of LEO's and to a man they had no idea what a featureless build is and more importantly, what it isn't until I built mine.

Looks like the one I have and was going to install on my featurless build. Personally opted for a DPMS Miculek compensator/brake. Ill be installing it on my dads featureless build.

mnichols hit the nail on the head. bullet sized opening and NOT advertised as having ANY flash reduction capability and youre all good.
