Cost of Sub MOA ammo .223 vs .308

About the cheapest ammo that seems to get sub MOA with some consistency on .223 is re manufactured Black Hills 75gr at around 66 cents around, what's the cheapest but widely available .308 ammo that can consistently be sub MOA out of a decent setup?

Yes, everyone knows loading your own is cheaper if you have the time and inclination to do it.

With hornaday or FGMM you are much closer to the dollar a round realm

.308 Match $1.00 a round which is closer to 6.5CM territory at 1.10rd

My scar 17 shoots 168gr prvi partizan match as good as it shoots the 168 FGMM I have. I am the limiting factor(2.5-10 night force). Prvi match is 16.99 for 20 so thats just about 85 cents a shot. I shoot 168 Prvi match, 168 remington premier match, 168 FGMM and 147 pmc. The pmc is not sub moa and by far the worst but when plinkin it still gets it done at 13.99 for 20 or 69 cents and is plenty of fun.

the 145gr prvi shoots damn well near 1moa out of the SCAR as well. can usually get that for 55-60c per round.

Like others have stated already the 168 or 175 gr FGMM is the cats meow when shooting out of a semi auto platform.

Start reloading. Buying factory ammo is way too expensive
When I do buy (to see how I liked it), I liked the black hills 168 (308 caliber)

I was in the same boat, for $1K I could get 1K of factory rounds. For about $500 I can also get a set of decent hand loading gear, a class and all for the parts for 1k rounds of better than factory rounds in 223. The next set of rounds will be even cheaper as all I need is just the materials

                          This.

I reload my own .308 for $.62/rd and if I hunted further I'm sure I could bring that down another $.10-.15.
