    Sage EBR- Fixed Stock Goodness....

Well, my POF P308 "Minuteman" lasted about a month. Nice rifle, But I just couldn't get it to group better than 3 MOA. I'm thinking it wasn't all me, I was getting 2" groups @ 100 yds out of my KIDD 10/22 on the same day.

Offered the POF up for sale. Coupla weeks later get contacted about a possible trade. Other party had an almost new LRB M25, Mid weight Criterion c/l barrel, built by Jon Wolfe, in an EBR MOD1 chassis.

    Seriously?

Sends me a buncha pics. Includes a buncha magazines, spare parts, tools, & literature. Only problem is it'll require a bullet button to be Commie-Legal.

He ships it with a Fulton Armory BB. Rifle arrives a week later & its BEAUtiful!!!! Better than described. Only problem is the BB. The LGS guy & me tried for a solid 5 minutes to release the mag with a punch. No Bueno.

Get it home 10 days later, and after much elbow grease, get the mag to release. Long story short, ordered the Fixed-stock mod direct from Sage.

    NoMo Bullet-Button....

In this configuration, you could almost say its a modern BAR. 14 pounds solid on the digital scale. Of course, the only thing that really matters is how she shoots....

Sir that rifle is stolen. Turn it in immediately to your local PD. You obviously bought it off someone high on crack for them to make a trade like that! Nice deal!

Looks good, you're about 6lbs shy of a BAR though

Hmm my minute man groups are tight. I posted a pic of the target when I first got it.

              I like it!

Let me know if the end of the trigger digs into your trigger finger with this new angle of pull, I have the cure.

Yup, but I said 'modern'. I can't get over how similar the lines are without the scope....

Yah I saw that. I actually took mine to the range 3 times before I gave up. My best group the first time out (about 40 rounds) was 6-7". Reinstalled/ leveled the scope & shrank them a little the second time out. Third time got a few groups near 3". Just couldn't get consistent. If it was me, I sure don't have those problems with any of my other rifles.

Actually, that stock puts my trigger in perfect position.
