Do it yourself. I just did 2 last night and they are easy to do. All you need is the nut wrench and a rail vise. If you don't want to invest in tools, you could send it to Adco. KAC is not CA friendly so I would avoid them directly. I figure with the cost of shipping, insurance and the install charge ($75-$100) you will be close to the cost of the tools. The YHM rail vise works fantastic and can be had for $60-$70 and the KAC barrel nut wrench can be found used for under $100. I prefer to have my own tools so I can service my own rifles. -

I charge $25 to assemble an upper from a box of parts or $40 to tear down and rebuild an upper which covers all component swaps that don't require machining.
