Decisions on a mid length upper......

I am currently working on a second EBR build and I have been looking at a couple of complete uppers and wanted to get some opinions. First of all I am building up a Noveske stripped lower and working on a FDE look. The lower parts list are RRA LPK with 2 stage trigger, Magpul Miad FDE grip, Magpul Mil-Spec CTR in FDE, Magpul 10/20 Promag in FDE and a B-15 BB. Since I have a Noveske lower I was looking at the Noveske 16.1" Recon 5.56 upper with VIS or since I like LaRue Tactical I am also considering the DMR-16 upper. Both are excellent choices and on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Does anyone have any experiences with either upper and can you define some of the pros and cons on both? I am trying to do some homework before I commit to the $$ to finish this build.

Why not grab a BCM upper? The consensus of this board is to get one before they go out of stock again.
