Interesting report on The Outdoor Wire about the newest Remington foray into the AR15 family of semiautomatic rifles.

"Yesterday, the announcement of a new '30 Caliber Hunting System'- a new Remington R-15 rifle chambered in the brand-new 30 Remington AR cartridge. The initial offerings include a 125 grain Core-Lokt PSP that provides 308 Winchester performance levels and deer hunting capabilities out to 350 yards and will fit a full-length AR15 magazine ."

I am interested on what Big Green has for plans for the California market.

They won't, but other vendors will bring this rifle in. I've seen several Remington ARs at gunshows with BBs.

I'd hope MonsterMan can do a MossyOak version too

then when someone asks what kind of gun that is you can say its a 223 remington

and remington doesn't make assault weapons do they ?
