SurplusAmmo.com quality?

[dirtrider04]

I have come across a company unknown to me in my search for a complete 18" upper. My search on this forum has turned up nothing review like. Has anyone used parts/uppers etc from this company? Is this a decent set up for $600? It seems to have good features... NB bcg, rifle length rail, muzzle brake etc.... Any input appreciated. Thanks!
