There are 3 kinds of people in this world.
The wise, learn from the mistakes of others.
The smart, learn from their own mistakes.
The others, well......they just never learn.

Nice dude! Some of the customer photo conversions on CS's website look like they have a lot of potential.... if someone with a little more style converted it, it would be even nicer
Apparently it's pretty easy to convert m1a mags to fit, and people in the comments section are talking about good accuracy... 1moa with decent ammo (although it is the internet where we all have 10" dicks)
Too many guns to buy!
Thanks dude. Btw I may be hitting you up in a few months for grip wraps for these M77s once I start replacing furnitureUnless we keep the barbarian virtues, gaining the civilized ones will be of little avail. Classic was very anti-CA a few years ago when I tried to order a firearm from them, so glad to hear they are changing their ways. (Classic City Firearms being the opposite.) Looks like they finally figured out there are customers with a fiat currency willing to make it rain in CA.
The M1A mag conversion is brilliant.
Nice acquisitions, gentlemen.
.....10" dicks, come on, at least 12" oil cans.
"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks & corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs."

When I say quality, I mean workmanship, and not necessarily reliability, just to be clear. The metal on my saiga is quite a bit more rough than the Zastava m77. The finish on the Zastava is far better than what they put on the saigas. I am noticing that the finish wears much better as well and doesnt rub off with normal handling. It wasnt until I compared my m77 and s308 that I noticed the saiga had a slightly canted front sight block. None of this affects reliability though, and the saiga does have a thicker barrel with chrome lining.Comment

Yep, they are the best deal in AKs right now. Back when PSLs were around people kinda passed them up, but look at PSLs now.Comment

I'd stick with heavier shorter barrel Saiga (Being chrome lined is also a +).
As for Saiga's fit & finish... I fit & finish it myself, the way I like it.
It's most likely a fine rifle, it just not intriguing enough IMO.Last edited by FiveSeven; 11-03-2014, 9:47 PM.Comment

Yep, Saiga's fit and finish is top notch. The stamped sheet metal is stamped by expert stampers, and it has a great barrel. What more can u ask for lol. You add your own furniture.Comment
