AR Stoner Fluted 20" SDM-R barrel from Midway:

Pretty heavy even with the fluting, but looks cool. I think a medium profile 18" barrel (SPR contour) will give you the same performance in a significantly lighter package though.

Rainier Arms also offers what you're looking for.

Maybe Wilson Combat too. Their site lists only up to 18" but they might offer one if you call and ask. But they have some nice barrels. Stainless, fluted, various twists.

Try DEZ Arms. I have a 1/7 match barrel. The only possible (not confirmed) downside is if you plan to shoot .22lr--allegedly it will vaporize them at about 50 yards. It's a great barrel and has given me (an inexperienced shooter) good 5 round groups of 1.5-2MOA. They have lots of flute styles and they are affordable.

+1. This way you can pick whatever twist rate and fluting style floats your boat. I have one of their LTM barrels in 16" and it shoots great so far.

I have a Rainier Arms Ultramatch that shoots amazing groups with factory ammo.
