      There are still places that will let you use / rent / learn a mill. Unfortunately, you will have to do the search yourself and I doubt anyone will list one here. I just went to the Crossroads of the West Gun Show in Ontario. There was a guy there who was offering the use of a CNC. He said the DOJ is losing ground on their ridiculous requirements. He didn't elaborate

              See how we all list the city we are in on our profile? Southern CA includes everything south of the grapevine and north of the Mexico border. Sheesh! It's like pulling teeth.

                      Most everyone is going to tell you in your own garage with your own tools. You're pretty late to the party and will have a tough time finding someone to let you press a button or use their mill.
