How about URX covers on a milled down UTG free float? Sorry man, best I could do

As long as the mounting surface is 5/8" wide or a little under, the URX covers should bolt on with little trouble. I had to drill and tap some holes in mine, but by that point I had already butchered it up pretty well in the milling machine.

Which Geissele rail are you looking at getting? Looking at pics of the SMR rail, the Keymod and non-Keymod versions both appear to have the same width mounting surface for panels. Keymod typically uses a mounting surface that is a bit wider than the 5/8" width inside the URX panels. My URX panels measure out at .625" wide where they mount, and my CMMG keymod mounting surface is .685" wide. I'm not sure if that width is a standardized keymod dimension, but if so I'd expect the need to open up the inside surface of the URX panels about 1/16" using a mill or files to get them to fit.

And yes, I'm currently in the process of doing the above to get some URX panels fitted onto a CMMG 308 Keymod rail as part of my "Poor mans M-110C" build.

I would get this one and the price is good. Not a fan of keymod at all.

                  Update:

URX panels are definitely do-able over keymod or similar mounting surface using a file, rasp or other TV repairman type tools. I ended up having to buy some extra hardware to mount them up: 1/4-20 button head screws (McMaster Carr # 97763a345) and 1/4-20 square nuts (# 94859A111). All the mounting hardware probably adds a few ounces of weight over an all plastic panel setup, but I love the texture of these.
