    CA compliant Ambi LPK

I've been looking to order a Ca compliant LPK with ambidextrous safety. This is my first post, this will be for my first build. All I seem to find is lpk, then having to buy Ambi safety separate for about half the cost of the lpk. Tried my local shops and same thing. Anyone happen to know of any online?

    Ambi safeties are expensive, s'truth.

I don't recall seeing any kits with ambi pre-included. Generally, you've already discovered what's needed to get the ambi safety.

Yup. $40 and up. Bite the bullet. It sucks no one makes a more reasonably priced one considering how small they are.

Check out the Spikes enhanced lower parts kit. Comes with a upgraded nickel boron trigger, ambi safety, billet trigger guard, kns anti rotation pins and a ergo grip. You would still need a bullet button though.

Iron Works Tactical has his "Bare Bones LPK". You basically build your own LPK. The owner Brett is an awesome guy and I believe he's based out of socal also.

I'd suggest buying a standard LPK, and adding the ambi safety of your choice. The reason? The standard safety/selector switch doesn't cost that much (isn't that big a part of the cost of the LPK (less than $10), and you will want it for troubleshooting purposes, and as a backup. Some people do have problems with some ambi safeties, and end up removing them as part of the troubleshooting process, and sometimes/mant times never reinstall them.

Do a Search and you will see that ambi safeties sometimes cause trigger problems.

This is your first build I suggest the KISS principle to help ensure the successful completion of your project. The safety/selector is easily replaced after the Lower Receiver is initially assembled and tested.

Look at our barebones LPK. You can swap in any part you want or delete the part if you already have it. We also offer a bullet button as an option so you don't have to pay for parts you don't need.

Stag sells their LPK with an ambi selector for $82: https://www.stagarms.com/lower-recei...ambi-selector/

You can also buy their ambi selector by itself for $25: https://www.stagarms.com/safety-selector-ambidextrous/
