Ar scope mount question

I just purchased a 3-12x40 bushnell scope for my flattop ar with free float quad rail..
What would be a good ring height?

I was looking at warne rings, any good?

You could look for something like the Burris PEPR one piece mount which was designed for an AR

Ar scope mount question

Scope mounting height on an AR is virtually standardized. You don't want rings on a railed handguard, and you'll probably want to push the scope farther forward (for eye relief) than rings on the upper receiver alone will allow, which is why cantilever mounts are usually the best solution for attaching glass to an AR.
