Very nice brother, thanks for the vid. On the gas screw issue, have you contacted FN about sending the barrel in to have them get the screw out and replaced? Just curious what they are willing to do for you. Obviously you're putting a lot more rounds through it than I ever will, esp F/A suppressed. We are moving in 24 months and I plan on sbr-ing one of my 16's and getting a can for it.

Actually, FN found me. I posted a pic of the gas screw on my Instagram and asked if anyone else had experienced the same level of difficulty.
FN popped in and said I could send it in and they'd see what they could do for me.

We're quickly approaching Wolf season and Deer and Elk just after that- I'm not really sure I want to be less a barrel for an unspecified amount of time.
Today I gave it another go and quickly broke an easy-out off in the port screw. A torch, a custom size screwdriver, plus much hate and discontent did the trick.

I was very careful to never lubricate the piston or piston housing. The thread is pretty loose and it just got carbon caked in over 3 years time.
The new improved gas crew is SS and an allen instead of flathead.

I'll see if it runs over the weekend-
