Running that bolt quickly while not breaking cheek weld would probably take some practice. Nonetheless, it looks like a killer rifle. Love the "quickchangeability" of barrels. Long range results I've seen posted have been stellar.

Depending on specs, 425-675.00 same as MCM, Prolly a little cheaper. Plus Tom is a Great guy. He will take care of you, under any circumstances!

Keeping the cheek weld is partially academic -- 338 Lapua recoil and you're adjusting your head position with any rifle.

Who has some 338 lapua ammo here in So Cal? You wanna be the ones to shoot this rifle for groups?

                  PM me.

Yes but when you do a quick barrel swap to 308, it is.

ETA: I'm comparing the 308 in Brandos post to Tony's boltwork. The 338, 408, et. al. are a different story.

that reminds me of how spastic the heel toe down shifts are for some of the race drivers in the world

Production guns (coming off the line now) will have some enhancements in safety position, buttstock, finish, etc.,
