    Need help with a build

Trying to build a 6.8 rifle. Trying to do so on a budget as well. Would it be cheaper to buy a complete upper? (If so link me) or just cheaper to buy the parts and put It together?

This will be my first build if your wondering

Only cheaper if you can find the parts used or on sale.

Goes for that much to only look for sales?

Watch for deals. Are you on 6.8.com Lots of deals if you watch on there. Lot more than here or look at ar15.com.

Thanks. That's a good start to complete my first build.

That 6.8 site you posted is invalid. Have a link?

Depending on how patient you can be building it can be cheaper. You just need to wait for deals.

I built my first so I could get the parts I wanted. I got the gas block I wanted, the handgruad, barrel, etc.

                • Amazon for small stuff, charging handle, upper parts kit, gas tube and block.
                • Anderson had sales when I bought my barrel and hand guard from them.
                • PSA for the BCG, LPK, Buffer/stock assembly and mags
                • Aero Upper and Lower.

I did $703 to a working gun. Spent another $75 on a scope mount and $300 to replace the scope I took off my .308. I also added a MOE stock since this picture.

Thanks. When I said I got the parts I wanted, I meant I got the style or part with the right purpose for this gun. I built it for Coyotes, so a long barrel, no quad rail, carbine stock so my kids can shoot it too.

If you handload about 30-40 cents per round. I watch for nosler seconds on sale.
