    Question about .22 rifles

As AB23 is specific in naming centerfire rifles ,what are the rules for .22's?
For example ,can a Ruger 10/22 purchased in 1974 use a 50 round Ramline
mag purchased in 1992 ? Is there an "evil feature" list for 22's ?
I'm just trying to stay legal in Facistfornia.

Only one evil feature for .22's. The min length must exceed 26 inches measured with a folding or collapsing stock folded/closed. Preban magazines are fine to use in your new .22 rifle.

No restrictions on rimfire rifles except for 16" barrel length and 26" OAL. Add all the evil features you want and use your pre-ban mags. Have fun!

WASR 22 with all evil features (PG & detachable mags, european furniture & parts and no 922R) is cool (Except 10 round mags are a must) but 10/22's seem to be excused at ranges and they are not on most Leo's Radar ...

Should be fine as long as barrel is minimum 16" and OAL with stock collapsed is minimum 26"

I'm glad I found this thread. Spent a bunch of time searching, 10/22 yields no results.

Anyone else think this might be a good thread for the archived section so people can find questions regarding rimfire rifles?

            ?
