lightweight/pencil profile is my fave. here in cali with 10 round mags n bullet buttons pencil profile is perfect! barrel will stay in decent temps like an m4 profile, make sure you dont get a super long heavy free float rail! if your going for the long rail look make sure its the lightest rail you can find. (pictured 10" mi gen2 SS rail) gotta keep the weight closest to your shoulder as possible for the ladies to have fun with ar-15's if they are not shooters to begin with and have improper form, making it hard for them to hold up some of these DMR/SPR ar-15 builds that weigh a ton out front.

not sure on the weight but its the lightest 223/556 16" ar-15 i have handled yet. especially without the beefy surefire 6p on there! a single point sling that doubles as a 2point is perfect for light guns.

PSA lighterweight midlength barrel + low profile gas block, sadlak Ind.
MI gen 2 SS 10" rail very small and lightweight. lots of lightweight options do your homework add the ounces!
New frontier polymer lower reciever + PSA classic lower parts kit
carlson mini comp. muzzle device - compact not too big adding front weight.
no scopes or optics to add batteries and more weight, same goes for flashlights lazers rail grips verticle forgrips and all the extras. quad rails are quite heavy as well. everything you add to those accessory rails weighs you down pick your toys carefully

Slapping an upper onto a lower is not "building" an AR-15.

What part of "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" do you illiterate pawns not understand!?

24" bull barrel. I think the upper alone weighs more then my Mosin 91/30

It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.
