so finally got all the parts i needed to build my first ar, the only problem i have now is where can i go get my 80% lower machined at? i am located in banning so anywhere in the inland empire would do

Any gunsmith with a milling machine can do it.

Good luck with that. If you can't do it yourself, I believe you need to find an 07 ffl to finish it and register it to you.

Your going to need a jig and a mill or good drill press.

OP.... you need to find a shop that will let you use thier cnc machine to cut your 80% lower. you have to make the gun yourself for yourself. by pushing a big red button

Speaking of "banning" You'll have to machine it yourself nowadays or have an FFL do it, as stated. Just a bit late to the party...
