    Are SKS's considered C&R?

I have a very clean Chinese type 26 SKS that I want to sell. However, now that we live in Oregon I'm not sure I can ship the rifle into the People's Republic.

So, is it C&R and are there any problems selling it as a C&R and shipping it into CA?

    Thanks gents.

My understanding is the long gun process took effect Jan 1 2014. So it now requires going through an FFL.

I don't think Chinese SKSs have any good date info on them right? So its really hard to nail down a date of manufacture? Thus hard to determine if they are C&R.

I think you can still ship a C&R if the guy has a C&R license and a DOE?
