My buddy has a M+M , it`s nice and shoots good but its your call. I believe the M+M is Romanian parts, not sure about barrel but I think so .Do you want tactical or traditional? The rail on the M+M is Tapco , I believe. Some people on akfiles hate the Tapco items. If it even bothers you.
I just saw they have a all black tactical C39, is that the on you are referring to ? Good Article.

Correct. And for that reason I'd suggest M+M for the first AK. A lot more aftermarket parts, that way one doesn't accidentally run into all those parts trying to find parts for a milled. With all those parts you can always change things out and learn about your rifle.Looks like the C39 is milled and the M+M is stamped.

M+M is definitely Romanian, it is marked "Made In Cugir Romania by FA Cugir" or something like that. If I remember right the barrels are US made and are chrome lined and CHF.My buddy has a M+M , it`s nice and shoots good but its your call. The M+M10 has a Romanian barrel and is effectively a dressed up WASR, making it a lot closer to a Combloc factory gun than most commercially available rifles today.
Cugir is not known for having a pretty fit and finish, but this is just an AK we are talking about.
I would buy a Cugir factory based rifle any day of the week and twice on tuesdays over a Century build. The California Moderate Centrist Militia member in exile

c39 - 8.2lbs
The c39 is purdier, but 2lbs is a lot. you can also get the c39 with combo gas/sight block like the m10, in a similar tac setup. 2lbs tho.Comment

IMO the M+M front sight is hella ugly
I would get the C39 over the M+M
I would also get the Yugo OPAP over the C39Comment
