Shop gunsmithing tools (583) at Brownells, including bench blocks, hammer & punch sets, screwdrivers, and tool kits for firearm maintenance and repairs.

Thats a pretty standard armorers wrench.

If I were you, I'd be asking CalGunners in your area if they have said tool and would like to help?

Or get a crow foot wrench the size of your comp.

Since it has flats on it, why not use a standard crescent wrench? There's probably one in your kitchen drawer.

I was thinking of just using a wrench and tightening it but wanted to be a little but more scientific about putting it on haha. Plus don't want to overtighten it

OP wants to torque his comp to spec and asking what he should use with his torque wrench. Crescent wrench will not work.

a specific torque value for a comp isn't really practical......and if the one pictured is the comp you have....I'd suggest a peel washer.....I've seen a crush washer allow a comp to get cocked just a little depending on how the threads on the muzzle are cut.....some mfg under cut them at the base allowing a crush washer to get off center.... and wind up with a bullet strike on the front.....what you want to shoot for is half to a quarter turn after it pulls up snug for it to index properly.....

Because not all crescent wrenches are made equal. Some aren't precise and come lose which increase risk of slipping and damaging the sometimes expensive brake.

Correct size box wrench or armorer's wrench is safer.

Padded crescent wrench... or a padded screwdriver through the slots, Torque isn't critical if you're using a crush washer as long has you get at least 1/2 turn to crush the washer, optimally 1 turn more more on the crush washer. The crush washer can be oriented either direction, there is a "right" way for an A2, but since you're installing a brake, orient it the way that gives you the most even contact on both surfaces. If you're really hardcore, you can have a gunsmith shave down the brake on a late to time the brake perfectly and forgo the washers.

America in particular have done exceptionally well taking care of the problem, as there are 1.12 guns for every 1 American citizen. So throw a rock, you'll probably hit a gun, pick up that gun, then shoot a zombie.

. . . or crescent wrench with masking tape on the comp. This isn't brain surgery.

Ok guys here's another question. If you don't have an upper vise block any thoughts of how to hold the upper without damaging it?

The recommended method is to clamp the barrel, NOT the upper. You can get a pair of barrel clamps from Brownells, cheap.
