Recommend me an optic with magnification but still good >100 yards

I have a Bushnell TRS-25 and its a little better than irons for me but I want something I can use to reach out 100-200+ yards effectively while still being effective at closer ranges. Im not able to spend the money for an acog but maybe something like that. Would the same optic you recommend work well mounted on a carry handle or is that not really a good set up?

Eotech with magnifier. Primary arms magnifier is cheap.

Maybe the Lucid HD7. I've never used one on a rifle, but held one. They look decent and have good reviews. Or checkout the Vortex Strikefire. I know that a lot of guys love those

Lucid HD7 with 2x magnifier is pretty good for the money.

I would look real hard at the 1-4x scopes out there.
I have a couple of low power 1-4x scopes, 1 illuminated (MTAC) and 1 not (leupold vx II) and if I could trade my 4 MOA red dot and 3x magnifier for one I would in a minute.
the scope is much lighter than both the red dot and the magnifier and you have variability. further, my illuminated one has a black reticle if the illumination fails for whatever reason.

Really, I have both, and I would definitely get the scope were I to do it again.
                      Just another option for you.

I recall seeing the Leupold pig plex 1-4x going for about $230 recently.

Burris prism or any of the entry level 1-4 options like from primary arms or bushnell.

That combo weights almost as much as the rifle.... I'm being sarcastic, but if OP has a budget of $200, and is going to end up with a 2MOA dot, he might as well wait for the new SPARC II.... and not add a POUND to the rifle.

I hear you can see pretty far with one of these

problem is the 20meter objective lense is not low-drag for us zombie operators.
