The ebay brake is a straight copy of the SJC Titan. I hate fakes, get the original (about $100 from Larue, and they send you $30 worth of free crap).
The SJC is a great brake, but the loudest of them all. It actually isn't too bad from the shooter's position, but your neighbors will HATE you.
I tried the battlecomp 2.0 side by side with the MB556K, the noise difference was very very slight from an observer's and shooter's view- it surprised me.
The MB556K works better as a brake/comp too. The Rainier XTC works well, but is even louder than the 556K from the shooter's perspective IMO.
For a good compromise, try the AFAB Mini brake. It seems to work better than the battlecomp (no downward movement), and does a better flash hiding job than any other hybrid brake so far. I'm quite impressed for the quality of machining and effectiveness vs. the cost on the AFAB.
If you want to hide flash, go Phantom/Vortex/AAC. None of the brakes will come close at night.
