Why won't they ship this stripped lower to CA?

I was about to order various stripped lowers from Aim Surplus when I saw that it's not for sale in CA. What could be their reason for not selling to CA? I didn't think there was one.

The answer is usually because the vendor in question does not want to deal with CA's BS laws.

I was going to go with "because they're a crappy retailer", but that works.

          OP... why not buy local?

After transfer fees and DROS, any savings you would have made are probably lost.

AIM is great but they apparently aren't interested I'm dealing with CA legalities. Like the dude/tte above me said, these are available in most locales for maybe $10 more so I would advise you to look local. Keep in mind you still have to pay tax on a firearm purchased out if state, so the chances of tou Savin any money are pretty slim.

Ouch, yeah. $90 for a lower isn't a deal online. Even with a cheap transfer fee, you should still be able to find something priced similarly local including tax and DROS.

We live in AMERICA where people are still free to run their businesses how they want to. OK, at least they are free to "reserve the right to refuse service". While sometimes this can be an issue to a prospective customer and sometimes I don't agree with their decisions, I'm glad that businesses have the RIGHT to do it.

No one was saying they should be forced to sell here.

I know. I just hate seeing people question why a business make a business decision. In the end, the business has the freedom and right to make decisions without having to explain anything to potential customers.

There are a lot of vendors and FFL that carry spike's in California. Where do you live so we can help you find a lower.

Likewise people have the freedom and right to ***** and moan about those businesses' decisions. Crazy ain't it?

No it's because of Ca Bull MF'ing SH*t laws. Nothing else.
