I just bought a brown USGI handguard that was pretty scuffed up and had light brown color scuff marks all over. I tried cleaning it with various cleaners with little success. The scuff marks would not come out so I started looking up ways to repaint it. I decided to give Breakfree CLP a try and soaked and scrubbed it with the stuff. Worked like a charm, looks pretty brand new. Wow, CLP is like the Duct tape of the solvent world. Think I'm gonna try CLP on everything prior to refinishing
