Welcome to the Saiga club and congrats on your purchase. Your initial sighting was definitely different than mine, but I did have to play with the rear sight to find zero. As long as it hits minute of man, sighting in the Saiga can be a labor of love. Get a scope mount with a decent optic and you'll definitely feel better about what the rifle can do. Nice thing about shooting steel in 7.62 is you don't feel as bad sending a couple extra round down range when trying to zero.

I love my saiga but my eyes suck so bad...I can barely focus on the fsp when ADS

Cobbled together, form third world army surplus parts kits, AKs aren't accurate.
Saigas, Arsenals, et al. are generally more accurate than most shooters.

It's that brass cased imported stuff. My LGS had a couple crates of the stuff. Yugo I think. Good stuff.
