MMG on AK with skeleton stock

wondering if this would be a legal config, even though i could probably slip my thumb over the stock a bit. why a skeleton stock? thats what i have lying around at the moment. its one of those fixed FSB plastic stocks. thoughts welcome..

It would be legal. To have a pistol grip situation, you need to be able to slip your thumb around the grip at a location LOWER than the plane horizontal to the highest point on the exposed trigger assembly. I know that's sorta complicated, but the conclusion is: if your thumb is wrapping around the grip at a place higher than the trigger assembly, it's legal.
